Before downloading
Review the product description, preview images, included files, grade level, and file formats before downloading a digital resource.
Downloaded digital files
Because digital files cannot be physically returned, completed digital downloads are generally not returnable once access has been provided. This section will apply if paid downloads are introduced later.
File problems
If a file is missing, damaged, or materially different from its description, contact hello@bemofun.com. We will help replace or correct the file.
